Organic Food 有机食物

何谓有机?
相信每个人都懂什么是‘有机’。没错吧。。所谓‘有机’是纯天然,不含添加剂和化肥。我个人很喜爱‘有机食物’。每天早上,我都会为自己冲一杯有机麦片当早餐。很喜欢这种感觉,因为很有饱足感,而且又可为身体带来健康。通常晚餐,我都会煮些十谷米或有机粉面来吃。这种习惯已维持了一段时间。我很满意。因为,我想把我自己带入‘有机世界’。为何‘有机’那么吸引我?唯一的一点是‘健康’。单单这两个字就让我沉迷上‘它‘了。其实,在‘有机’食物里,同样的我们也可以吃到‘水果,蔬菜,肉类,鱼肉,鸡肉等。。至于价钱方面,会和‘无机’食物有些许的不一样。‘有机’食物会贵一些。但,还是‘值得’的。还有一点很重要的是。。很多人都会很担心买了不纯正的‘有机食物或产品’。其实,只要我们购买‘有机’食品的时候认准两个标志:(1)有机食品标志 (2)认证机构标志 那就不用怕了。


What is organic?

Organic means grown or raised naturally. For crops, this means that no chemicals (e.g. pesticides). Sewage sludge, radiation, or genetic engineering are used on the product.
For organic animal products like eggs, dairy, and meat, there is an additional aspect: the chickens and cows are not given antibiotics or growth hormones.
In short, organic products are better for humans, animals, and the earth. They don't contribute to pollution, they promote humans treatment, and they contain only what nature meant for them to have-no chemical residues, growth hormones, or 'Frankenfoods'.
