现实与想象中的欢乐

     研究大脑运行的科学家发现,在神经层面,大脑对逼真的想象的反应与其对现实的反应是相同的.例如,你只需想象自己深夜走在一条黑暗的小巷里,听到背后传来脚步声,你的心跳就会加速.而当你逼真地回想起度假时无比放松的感觉,心跳也会放缓,你开始平静下来.
     正如我们前面所看到的,我们的姿态也会影响内心感觉.这两项事实可以作为我们开启幸福工程的基础.你可以绘声绘色想象一些快乐的人,然后模仿他们的姿势,这样你也能感受到与他们同样的快乐.
     快乐的人有许多共同的特点.他们喜欢微笑,能在平淡的日常生活中发现快乐拼了在其中.

七彩鱼生~~

     20/1/13(星期日）今天，妹妹亲自动手做一盘‘七彩鱼生’给我吃。味道还不错，我很喜欢。转眼间，农历新年又要来临了。今年，我没有特别买新年衣。不像小时候，特别兴奋。很期盼新年快快来临，因为可以买新年衣。哈哈。。
    

Genting Trip with famiLY MEmbers~~

     13/1/13(星期日) 今天下午,我和家人一起去genting玩。心情有点好奇。。为什么呢？因为，我想知道到底八年前与八年后的云顶有何分别。
     这一趟的旅程是表姐与表姐夫载我们去。我们下午一点左右出发。傍晚五点半左右抵达云顶。一抵达云顶，check in hotel之后，我们就去吃晚餐。我们选了一家中餐厅，那里的生意非常好。我们点了几道菜，品尝过之后，就开始我们的自由活动。
     爸妈就和表姐，表姐夫们去casino，妹妹就和朋友喝茶。那我。。就一个人去逛街。我发现到八年前与八年后的云顶，最大的改变是那里的shopping centre.如果没记错的话，以前我去的时候，那里没那么多shopping centre.不过，这一趟去云顶，我很开心因为可以买到很多我喜爱的衣服。哈哈。。
     时间过得好快，逛了几间服装店之后，都快要十点了。我也觉得有点累了，就回酒店休息。

    

The DEfiNation Of Organic~~

WHAT IS ORGANIC? Organic can be defined as simply as "zero pollution, nothing artificial and eco-friendly". "Zero Pollution" means that food is grown organically from a natural farming system that does not damage the environment by totally omitting the use of pesticides, herbicides, and chemical fertilisers. "Nothing artificial" means food that is produced and processed without the addition of artificial coloring, preservatives, or any type of chemical enhancers, and free from GMO (Genetically Modified Organism). "Eco-friendly" is achieved when the food is produced with zero pollution and non-artificial means. Organic farming relies on the development of soil fertility via the encouragement of natural biological cycles through crop rotation and the use of organic fertilisers, which may be organic animal manure or organic plant compost.
